Brandon Michael Haslam, 19, of Shelley, passed away August 2, 2008 from injuries received in an accident.

to Burt G. Haslam, Sr. and Debra A. Hoad. His Mom’s nick-name for him was “Brandy” because of the color of his hair when he was born. He grew up in Woodville. He attended school in Shelley and graduated from
Shelley
High School
in 2007. He was active in football; wrestling and welding in FFA He joined the National Guard and was to leave for Basic Training this November.
Brandon
had worked for Idaho Supreme, Boyd Bohman Construction, David Nef-Harvest and was working for Steel Systems and the time of his death.

loved mechanics, stock car racing at

, riding motorcycles, snowmobiling, camping, snowboarding, video games, and his Dodge Truck. He had many many friends, he loved his family and his dog Dash.

was born and raised a red-neck, religion wasn’t important, but his family was.

was taken from this life while doing something he enjoyed.

is survived by his parents; his brothers; BJ (Melanie) Haslam, Leo (Kayla) Haslam, Jeremy Haslam, Cody Haslam all of Shelley. Grandparents; Grant LaVore Haslam of Shelley and Leo A. and Diana Jeanette Hoad of

. He was preceded in death by a Grandmother Leora Haslam and a cousin Jennifer Stoddard.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday August 8, 2008 at Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak Street). The family will receive friends Thursday evening 6:30 till 8:30 P. M. and Friday morning 10:00 till 10:40 A. M. both at Nalder Funeral Home. Burial will be in the
