Eva Browning Hult, passed away September 17, 2016 at the age of 97 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
She was born August 1, 1919 in Iona, Idaho to James David Browning and Eva Sargent Browning. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Iva and Nellie; and two brothers, Arnold and Vern. Eva’s Mother died at Eva’s birth. She was raised by her aunt until she was 8, and then lived with her Dad in a log cabin in Anis, Idaho. Things were tough for her growing up, but Eva was a survivor.
She married LeRoy Hult (18) when she was (15) in 1935. They lived by the Snake River Bridge on their farm in Shelley, working side by side for 65 years. She always grew a beautiful garden and took pride in her flowers. She had two daughters, Sue Ann Mizel of Lexington Missouri and Karen (Dean) Thurman of Shelley, Idaho; and also helped raise a nephew Ray Hult of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Eva loved to dress up and go dancing. She always looked like a million with her beautiful red hair and everyone enjoyed her beautiful voice. She loved her cabin in Island Park and cherished her time there. What a wonderful reunion for Eva to meet her mother she never knew; and to be reunited with her father, husband LeRoy, daughter Karen, brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews that have gone on before.
