James R. Baker

James R. Baker (Bobby), 71, passed away March 25, 2015 at Turtle & Crane Assisted Living Center in Idaho Falls, ID.

Bobby was born September 24, 1943 in Martinsburg, West Virginia to James B. and Helen Naomi Morrison Baker.  He grew up and spent most of his life in Pennsylvania.  However, Bobby spent the last 30 years of his life here in Idaho Falls.

Bobby was a very special person in all of our lives and he was loved by all who knew him.

Bobby was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  He was a an active member of the scouting program and participated in the special primary for many years.

He is survived by his sister, Kathryn Landon of Idaho Falls, two brothers: Gary Baker of Keedysville, Maryland and Doug Baker of American Fork, Utah; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother-in-law, Max J. Landon and his niece, Dawn M. Kennedy Arb.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 till 2:30 pm at Nalder Funeral Home, 110 W Oak Street, in Shelley.
