Janice Ann Robinson

On July 7, 2018, Janice Robinson passed away surrounded by her loving family and husband of 60 years, Calvin Robinson.

She was born November 25, 1939 in Brookings, SD to Marvin and Irene Stewart. They moved to Idaho in 1956. Janice attended school in Shelley, ID.

On July 18, 1958 she married her sweetheart Calvin Robinson in the home of his parents in Basalt, ID.

Janice was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She loved being with her family. There were always family get togethers at their home in Basalt. Camping, fishing and attending church were activities she enjoyed. She also loved horses and all animals. Janice was a very special, loving person and will be greatly missed.

Janice and Calvin have 3 daughters, Vickie (Guy) Ransom of Firth, ID, Ronda (Robert) Dial of Firth, ID and Cheryl (Doug) Tam of Blackfoot, ID. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Janice was proceeded in death by her parents and brother, Gary Stewart of Tucson, AZ.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the Basalt Ward Chapel (823 N 675 E) in Basalt. The family will meet with friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 till 7:30 P.M. at Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak) in Shelley and Wednesday 9:30 till 10:40 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Basalt Cemetery.
