Jason Mark Phillips

Jason Mark Phillips, age 46, passed away July 5, 2018 at his home in Ammon, Idaho.

He was born August 4, 1971 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Lester Phillips and Nellie Lindsay Phillips. Jason attended school at Ucon Elementary and Bonneville High School.

Jason was fearless in pursuing his interests and was an avid outdoorsman. He had a passion for motorcycling and spent several years rodeo bull riding He was a talented carpenter and was involved with home construction. More recently, he purchased his own semi trucks and worked in to the oil fields in Wyoming and North Dakota.

Family meant everything to Jason, and his priority and greatest joy was his "beautiful, sweet" daughter, Koda. He had a loving, kind and generous soul.

Jason is survived by his daughter Koda; mother, Nellie Phillips; brother, Scott (Dawn) Phillips; and brother, Reece (Nan) Phillips. He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Phillips and infant brother, Bradley.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 13 at the LDS chapel in Shelley, Idaho, located at 184 North Park Avenue, with Bishop Randy Lundquist officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the services from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Nalder Funeral Home.
