Justin Lathrop

Justin Michael Lathrop, 19, of Basalt, Idaho returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, September 5, 2011.

He was born on May 25, 1992 at Fort Carson, Colorado to Michael and Elizabeth Kremin Lathrop. 

He spent his early years in Sterling and Dixon, Illinois.  In 1996 the family moved to Utah and in 1997 moved to Idaho, where he spent the remaining years of his life. Justin attended school in Firth, and graduated from Firth High School in 2010.

Justin was the second of four children and is survived by his parents, one brother,  Daniel of Seoul, Korea;  two sisters, Stephanie and Ashley of Basalt, ID;  grandparents, Kay and Deanna Kremin of Basalt, ID; and Bob and Doretta Lathrop of Rock Falls, IL; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday September 9, 2011 at the Firth Stake Center (823 North 675 East) in Basalt. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7:00 till 8:30 P.M. at Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak) in Shelley and Friday morning 9:30 till 10:40 A.M. at the church.  Burial will be in the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made at any Westmark Credit Union in Justin's name to help with funeral costs.
