Lisa Christensen Warwick

Lisa Christensen Warwick, 45, of Goshen passed away on June 30, 2011.

Lisa was born on September 15, 1965 in Blackfoot to Barry L. and Elaine Steffler Christensen. She was one of seven children born to the family. She attended school in the Firth School District and Career Beauty College in Rexburg, obtaining her beauty license. On November 2, 1984 she married her sweetheart and best friend, Randy Richard Warwick in Basalt.

After about four years, they gave birth to the first of their two children, Brenden. About a year later, their sweet daughter, Ashley was born. Her husband and children were the pride and joy of her life, and she devoted her life to them.

Lisa was the light of her family’s life. She had the ability to light up a room and put a smile on everyone's face. She had a zest for life and always made everyone laugh. She was on of the most talented individuals. She enjoyed gardening, decorating, carpentry, baking and cooking, fishing and panning gold with her husband, driving truck on her father's farm, swimming and camping at the Blackfoot River and spending every minute she could with her family. She loved animals and was always willing to take in a stray pet.

Lisa has joined many loved ones in heaven, including her brother, Michael, and sister, Christy, as well as her grandparents Charles and Coral Steffler and Tom and Naomi Christensen, her three-legged cat Hook and her favorite dog, Baxter. She is waiting to someday reunite with her surviving family; husband: Randy Warwick, children: Brenden Warwick, Ashley (Todd) Hanson, Parents: Barry L. and Elaine Christensen, siblings: Kevin (April) Christensen, Kaylynn Grebstad, Sandi (Paul) Jenkins, David (Sherelle) Christensen and many nieces and nephews, all from the Firth area.

A celebration of her life will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday July 6, 2011 at Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak) in Shelley.  The family will receive friends Tuesday evening form 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
