On August 31, 1985 she married the love of her life, Ramiro Mendoza and together raised two children: Cynthia (Henry) and Christian.
Nely loved to travel. She was always looking for an opportunity to get out and especially loved to go to the beach and camping trips with her family. She also loved to cook, dance and always kept everyone warm with her beautiful hats and scarves that she crocheted.
Nely lived her life entirely for her two children and husband. She loved to shop with her daughter and spent many hours teaching her how to cook. Nely was Christians biggest fan and loved to watch him play basketball. The two of them also shared the passion for scary movies and watched them often. She loved to go on evening walks with her family and enjoyed the fresh air. She was an exceptional wife and mother and her beauty radiated on the inside and out.
Nely was a warm, compassionate and outgoing person with a great sense of humor and a contagious smile. She had a huge heart and would help anyone at any given time. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She was always so happy and full of life, she will be greatly missed.
