Phillip “Phil” James Davies of Idaho Falls, Idaho passed away on June 15th, 2021 peacefully at his home surrounded by loving family members.

Phil was born February 6th, 1942 to James and Mary Davies of Moore, Idaho. Phil grew up working on his Grandparents farm in New Sweden and later on a family farm and Sawmill in Moore. He loved and appreciated fishing, camping, and anything to do with the outdoors. He also loved and cherished spending time with family and friends. He had a great sense of humor and was a phenomenal story teller. During his career, he was a Heavy Equipment Operator and a Commercial Fisherman.

He is survived by his four brothers, Don, Gaylin, Gene, and Kim. He is also survived by his former wife, Bonnie Davies and children Brad (Judy) Herbst, Shanna (Doug) Wessel, Connie (Dave) Swanson, Valerie (Roy) Williams, Ronda Macneil, Sue (Mishelle) Davies, DaRon (Julie) Huffaker, David Huffaker, and Heather (Steve) Cole, 18 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday, June 18th at 10:00 am at Hillcrest Cemetery E. 1200 N. Baseline Road, Shelley Idaho.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate that memorial contributions be donated to Cancer Research at www.cancerresearch.org/donation.
