Ralland Virgil Burke

Ralland Virgil (R.V.) Burke, 44, of Firth, passed away at his home in Firth Friday night, December the 2nd, 2016.

R.V. was born August 19, 1972 in Butte, Montana, but spent most of his life in Idaho.

He worked in construction for much of his life, and had recently started his own construction business. He loved football and was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, he was convinced this was their Super Bowl year. He was an amazing father, and loved his kids with all his heart.

He is survived by his four children, Weston (22), Josey (19), Maddux (12), and Jade (10), as well as his sisters, his brothers, and the many members of his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Palmer, father, John Burke, grandparents, Ruth and Cloyd Olsen, grandmother, Carrie McCall and Pete Chandler.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 10 at Nalder Funeral Home, 110 West Oak, in Shelley. It will be followed by a Memorial Benefit at 5 p.m. at Pratt’s Barn, 649 N. Highway 91, in Firth.
