It is with great sadness to announce the unexpected passing of Bobby Stewart. He peacefully passed away in his sleep due to Covid complications at the age of 48 on June 30, 2022.
Robert Karl Stewart was born January 11, 1974 to the parents James Stewart and Pamela Stewart in Boise Idaho. He was the second child of five. He graduated from Clovis West High School in California. And attended Fresno Community College.
When Bobby moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1999 he met the love of his life Trisha Bateman Stewart. They were married August 4, 2001 in a beautiful garden wedding. Together they proudly raised and loved their only daughter Savannah Joy Stewart. She was the light of his life and was always very proud of her. He loved to attended all of her special events as she grew up. He enjoyed every moment and always had a camera or videos at each event. Those pictures and videos will be forever cherished. Trisha and Savannah were Bobby’s greatest joys in his life.
Bobby was a kind, generous man who gave his time and talents to his friends and family. He was a very talented Artist. He was very creativity in many styles of art including drawing, wood carving, oil painting just to mention a few. When he had a vision, he created it in his unique way. He loved to share his art projects with others. He helped his friends and family as much as he could. Facebook also showed his creative writing skills as well. He loved spending time on his Facebook, camping, fishing and shed hunting for antlers with his friend.
He is survived by his wife Trisha Kae Bateman Stewart of Shelley, Idaho; daughter Savannah Joy Stewart of Shelley Idaho and our extended family member he loved as well Kevin McWilliams. His parents, James Stewart and Pamela Stewart of Saginaw, Michigan. His siblings, Keven (Janae) Stewart of Rexburg, Idaho; Jeremy Stewart of Saginaw Michigan; Jeff (Nicole) Stewart of Saginaw Michigan and Sister Stacie Kern of Saginaw, Michigan. Mother-in Law Theresa Bateman of Shelley, Idaho; Brother-in-law Aaron (Lisa) Bateman of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Chad (Jessica) Bateman of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Leslie (Breanne) Bateman of Boise, Idaho.
Bobby was loved by many. Not only aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. But his friends, neighbors and his pets. He was a good man with a big heart!!
He was preceded in death by his Father in-law- Hal Bateman. Grandparents Karl “Jack” Stewart and Wilda May Stewart. Grandfather Gordan Pack Tucker. Grandparents Boyd and Meldeane Whitmill.
Funeral services will be held at the LDS church at 325 E Locust, Shelley, Idaho 83274, Saturday July 30, 2022 at 11:00am. The family will meet prior with friends and family at 10:00am.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations toward his burial expenses.
