Robert Leroy Pearson

Robert Leroy Pearson, 79, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 28, 2011 at his home.

He was born July 13, 1931 in Jackson, Michigan to Elmer and Ruth Willer Pearson.

Robert served in the United States Air Force.

He was the Vice President and Area Manager of First Security Bank.

He married DeLora Miller and this union was blessed with two daughters.  They were later divorced.  On January 21, 1977 he married Tonya Christensen in Rigby, Idaho.

Robert was a member of the Rotary, Eagle Rock Good Sams, Elks, and the Idaho Falls Country Club.  He was on the Board of Directors for EICAP and the Park & Recreation Committee.

He attended the Calvary Chapel.

He is survived by his wife Tonya of Idaho Falls; two daughters Mona (Gary) Cushman of New Plymouth; and Dr. Tamara (Steve) Milligan of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; sister, Marilyn Jacobus (Tony) Flynn of Sun City Center, Florida; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sharon (Phil) Williams and a grandson, Adam Cushman.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday April 1, 2011 at Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak) in Shelley. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:30 till 1:40 P.M. at funeral home.
