Scott Warren Albright

Scott Warren Albright, 46, of Shelley died Monday, November 10, 2008 at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City after a courageous battle with cancer.  

He was born January 16, 1962 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Warren and Edna DeAnne Metcalf Albright.  He was raised in various places throughout the country while his father served in the military.  He graduated from High School in California.   

On September 4, 2008 he married Jenny Kay Barg at the University of Utah Hospital Intensive care unit.  

He worked at French’s, Pillsbury, and Basic American Food in Shelley for 25 years.  He liked sports and cars, especially his 1964 Volvo.  

Scott will be loved and missed by his family and friends.  

He is survived by his wife, Jenny of Shelley; daughter, Tyla Barg and son, Colby Barg both of Shelley; mother, DeAnne (Tal) Thompson of Franklin; father, Warren Lamont Albright of Ririe; sister, Nancy (Ron) Stuart of Palm Springs, CA; and brother, Lincoln (Shawna) Albright of Riverton, UT.  

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 14, 2008 at the Shelley Stake Center (325 East Locust) in Shelley with Bishop Greg Nelson conducting.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M. at Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak) in Shelley and Friday 12:30 till 1:40 P.M. at the church. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
