Stanley Howe

Stanley C. Howe, 76, of Shelley, passed away November 4, 2011 at the Safe Haven Assisted Living Center.

He was born September 20, 1935 in Lava, Idaho to Clarence Joseph and Ida Potter Howe.

He married Lila Hill and they had four children.  They later divorced.

Stanley served in the United State Army from 1951 to 1953.  He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist.

He loved to fish and go hunting with his oldest son, Robert.  He loved NFL football, especially the Green Bay Packers.  He will be missed and loved by all his family and friends.

Stanley is survived by three sons, Robert C. Howe of Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania; Steve R. Howe of Nampa, Idaho; and Joseph R. Howe of Firth, Idaho; one daughter, Sherry L. Howe of Blackfoot, Idaho; one sister, Lorna Strahan and one brother, Ronald Howe both of Tucson, Arizona; 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Bonnie & Leanna.

According to his wishes cremation services were under the direction of Nalder Funeral Home in Shelley.
