Steve was 62 years old and was born January 31st, 1959 to his parents Robert and Colleen Belnap from Blackfoot, Idaho.
Shortly after his birth, his mother passed away. Steve had a love for music. In his later teens, he formed a garage band for several years. He loved to play his drums and enjoyed vocalizing his talent as well. Steve was gifted with mechanics and carpentry taught to him by his father.
