Wanda Miller passed away November 27, 2017 at the age of 93 at Lincoln Court in Idaho Falls.
She was born June 15, 1924 to Lloyd James and Millie Bean in Wilford, Fremont, Idaho. She was the first child of eight, with five sisters and two brothers. She graduate from high school and then attended Ricks College.
On June 12, 1945 she married Clyde Conrad Miller in the Logan temple. Wanda and Clyde spent most of their married life in Shelley, Idaho where they had five girls and one son.
Wanda graduated from BYU – Provo in Elementary Ed and Library Science. Wanda was the librarian at the grade school in Shelley for many years. Wanda loved books, sewing, knitting, needle point, and crocheting. She worked hard to make life pleasant for her little family.
She is survived by her six children, Lawan and the late (Ken) Brown of Pendleton, Oregon; Merlynn (Bowen) Huntsman of Idaho Falls; Juanita (Jerry) Thacker of Bluebell, Utah; Echo (Rex) Munro and Loa (Larry) Murry of Shelley; and Clyde D (Terryl) Miller of Westhaven, Utah. She is also survived by sisters, Ruth (George) Hansen, Karen (Paul) Searle, Linda (Late FA) Butler, and a brother Paul (Vicki) Bean. Wanda has 32 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 11 ½ great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Arlene Meservey, Karma Cox, and a brother Ralph Bean.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the Shelley 10th Ward Chapel (1555 North 700 East). The family will meet with friends Saturday morning from 10:00 till 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Nalder Funeral Home.
